Compare battery histories across locks

Choose up to five locks and a date range to review saved battery readings and drain rates.

For

Owners/admins and team members with lock and history access.

Before you start

Your role must include both lock visibility and history access. The report uses saved readings and does not check locks live.

Steps

  1. Open Battery History

Choose Reports, then Battery History. On a phone, choose Battery History from the Reports menu; on a wider screen, use the report tabs.

  2. Choose locks to compare

Open Compare locks and select up to five locks. The count beside the control shows how many are selected.

  3. Set the date range

Choose a From and To date, then select Apply range. The same range is used for every selected lock.

  4. Read the chart and drain rate

The chart shows daily median battery percentages from saved readings. Each lock has a selected-range drain rate when there is enough history; gaps remain unconnected where no readings were recorded.

  5. Load more history if offered

If the report says More history is available, choose Load more to include older saved readings. After all selected histories load, a start date before the earliest available reading moves forward to that reading.

What to expect

You can compare available saved battery history for the selected locks and dates. The report does not query a lock or treat missing readings as live battery status.

If something does not look right

If a selected lock has no readings in the range, choose dates that overlap its recorded history or load more history. A missing segment means there is no saved reading for that period.
